1. Who We Are
CB Solve / Connected Business Solve are trading names of Solve Business Connected Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17286911. Solve Business Connected Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in connection with CB Solve services unless otherwise stated.

2. Personal Data and Enquiries
Depending on how you interact with CB Solve, we may process business contact details, enquiry and correspondence data, project and meeting information, billing records, supplier or referral details, and technical/security information where it relates to an identifiable person.
Payment card data is handled by the payment provider where a paid service is used; CB Solve does not intentionally store card numbers in the website application.
3. Website Analytics and Performance
With analytics consent, CB Solve may use Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and performance. Vercel telemetry is configured to remove query strings and fragments, exclude authenticated operator routes and restrict custom business-event metadata to defined non-PII fields.
Optional analytics do not activate solely because time passes or a visitor interacts with the page. The application requires recorded analytics consent before mounting Vercel analytics and before configuring Google Analytics.
4. Marketing Measurement
Google advertising measurement is separately controlled by marketing consent. A website lead event is not sent to Google unless both analytics and marketing consent are present.
5. Service Providers
CB Solve uses service providers for functions such as hosting, backend services, payments and optional analytics. These can include Vercel, Convex, Stripe and Google where the relevant service is in use. The data shared with a provider is limited to what is required for that service and subject to the applicable provider and CB Solve controls.
6. Data Retention and Security
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant business, contractual, legal, security or record-keeping purpose. CB Solve applies technical and organisational controls intended to reduce unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or misuse.
7. Your Rights and Choices
UK data-protection law provides rights that may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, depending on the circumstances. Requests can be sent to christian@cbsolve.com.
Cookie and analytics choices can be managed through the website's cookie controls. See the Cookie Policy for details.
8. Complaints
If you have concerns about how personal data has been handled, contact CB Solve first if appropriate. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office through its official complaints service.
